i really loved the breakfast it included. there was a wide variety of options, and the staff readily provided anything i wanted, like omelettes.

The air conditioning kept turning off at night and it ruined two days of relaxation for me. i had to keep getting out of bed to turn it on. It was a serious lack of sleep

i found the hotel's location offered peaceful views. the stylish design included perfume bottles as lights in the lobby (a detail i especially liked). i also noted many parking places were available nearby.

i found the mini-bar refrigerator did not cool effectively, even after staff and maintenance addressed it.

The staff are very kind, and i must mention sofia fonseca. She gave excellent wine and menu tips. the food in the restaurant impressed me, especially the sirloin steak and soap pudding. the douro red wine, recommended by sofia, was fabulous.

the hotel is a little away from the city center, so taxis or ride-sharing services are needed for transport.

the service was amazing, i felt welcomed from the start, and the staff seemed genuinely happy to help with any request. tatiana, a server at aroma, took great care of my party, ensuring all our needs were addressed with precision.

my room was very clean, fresh, and comfortable, and the mini-bar includes soda, water, and juice, all restocked daily at no charge. the balcony offered awesome river views, so i could watch the sunset in comfort. the bed was very comfortable.

Ivaldina provided great service. She was super cool. The meal was delicious and perfect for family and friends. The staff was friendly and helpful from arrival to checkout. The rooms were magnificent (i LOVED the river view from the balcony).

The breakfast area is a long walk from the rooms. The information about the location could be clearer. It IS inconvenient to go outside to access the breakfast area.

The rooftop pool offered awesome views and a relaxing experience. The hotel included multiple seating areas, giving guests ample space to unwind. Towels were regularly replaced near the pool area, and the whole area felt very clean.

I found that the indoor pool's water temperature was too cold. It did not feel suitable for relaxation.

the design of the hotel was awesome! the outdoor pool was super nice too. i had a junior suite and the river view was enchanting!!! breakfast was superb. parking included in the price was also a bonus.

the air conditioning is controlled by the hotel. they didn't tell me the only way it works is if all the doors are locked!!! one of my sliding doors was broken so i was uncomfortably warm. the hotel was also understaffed. it took a long time to get a drink at the bar each night.
